  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 4 whole Eggs, large
  • 6 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until both are melted and smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder.
