Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.

Step 3

Microwave the cheese mixture on high for 1 minute, or until the cheeses are melted. Stir to combine thoroughly.

Add the almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until you form a smooth dough.
