  • 1 cup Mixed bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large Low-carb tortillas
  • 1 medium Avocado (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chicken strips with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Ensure the chicken is well coated with the spices.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
