Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and allow them to cool slightly. Then chop into bite-sized pieces.
