Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they are slightly tender. Drain the cauliflower well and set aside.
