  • 30 grams almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Use your hands to mix the ingredients until they are well combined, but be careful not to overwork the mixture as this can make the patties tough.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making sure they are slightly larger in diameter than your intended bun (if using) as they will shrink while cooking.
