Ingredients

  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 150 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring in between.

Step 3

Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and one egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky.

Step 4

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into an oval shape about 1 cm thick. Remove the top sheet of parchment.

Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared baking tray.
