Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway, until melted and well combined.
