  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is melted and smooth when stirred.
