Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.

Add eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
