Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Activated charcoal powder

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, ground black pepper, sea salt, lemon juice, and activated charcoal powder. Mix well to form a thick marinade.

Step 2

Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Ensure each drumstick is evenly covered.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to permeate the chicken.
