  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 50 milliliters sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb.

Add the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, salt, and baking soda to the meat mixture.

Step 3

Pour in the sparkling water and mix with your hands until all ingredients are evenly combined. The mixture should be sticky.
