Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create four evenly sized pieces. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
