  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Begin by draining and rinsing the canned black soybeans under cold water. Set them aside in a colander to drain completely.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
