Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Keto tortillas
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 0.25 cup Keto-friendly hummus
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel the carrot and then slice it into thin matchstick-sized strips.

Step 2

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice it into thin strips.

Step 3

Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of keto-friendly hummus evenly over each keto tortilla.

Step 4

Divide the carrot matchsticks and spinach leaves evenly between the two wraps, placing them in the middle.
