Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.25 cup Powdered erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free caramel sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or in a small saucepan over low heat.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the melted butter and vanilla extract.

Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
