  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter for caramel
  • 0.5 cup granulated erythritol sweetener for caramel
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract for caramel

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol sweetener, and baking powder.

Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
