  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Anchovy fillets
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
