Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cabbage
  • 100 grams Grated fresh coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 pieces Dried red chili
  • 10 leaves Curry leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pieces Green chilies
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger

Directions

Step 1

Finely shred the cabbage and set aside.

Step 2

Chop the green chilies, garlic cloves, and ginger into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 4

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When they begin to splutter, add dried red chilies and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.

Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté briefly until the raw aroma of garlic disappears.
