Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Shirataki noodles
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly with cold water for 2-3 minutes to remove any odor. Drain well.

Step 2

Heat a large dry skillet over medium-high heat. Add the drained shirataki noodles and dry roast them for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, to remove excess moisture. Transfer the noodles to a bowl.

Step 3

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the olive oil and butter. Let the butter melt completely.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté it for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
