Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 pound Beef sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin steak into thin strips, about 1/4 inch in thickness.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, minced garlic cloves, peeled and grated fresh ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Step 3

Place the sliced steak into a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Stir to ensure all the meat is coated. Let it marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

Cut the broccoli into evenly sized florets. Seed and thinly slice the red bell pepper. Slice the green onions into thin rounds.
