Ingredients

  • 450 g Broccoli florets
  • 240 ml Heavy cream
  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 30 g Almond flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the heavy cream and cream cheese to the saucepan, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Step 5

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar and half of the grated parmesan cheese until fully melted and combined.

Step 6

Season the cheese sauce with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.

Place the blanched broccoli florets in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top.
