  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

  • 4 slices Bacon strips
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Place 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on the baking sheet and spread it out into a circle about 5 inches wide. Repeat to make a second cheese circle.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

Step 4

While the cheese shells are baking, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
