Ingredients

  • 600 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 as needed Olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until well blended. Set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.

Step 4

Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess egg to drip off.

Step 5

Coat the floret in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the breading to the cauliflower. Place each coated floret onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Once all florets are breaded, lightly spray them with olive oil to help them crisp up during baking.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning, until golden and crispy.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
