  • 0.25 cup Bourbon
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar substitute (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Once the oil is shimmering, add the chicken thighs. Cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
