Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 slices Bacon strips
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the yolks. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 4

Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.

Step 5

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
