Ingredients

  • 15 oz can Black soybeans
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and drain the black soybeans thoroughly. Place them in a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher until they have a chunky consistency.

Add the almond flour, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, cilantro, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
