  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 pound Ground sausage
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream for gravy
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the unsalted butter into cubes and add it to the flour mixture.

Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
