  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Cut the cold unsalted butter into small cubes and add to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to incorporate the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
