  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol sweetener, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk the melted butter with the eggs and vanilla extract until fully blended.
