  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Use a spiralizer to create zucchini spirals from the medium zucchinis. Set aside.

In a large non-stick frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
