Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 100 grams Biltong, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce, no sugar added
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of grated mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until melted.
