Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef (80% lean)
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 8 leaves Large lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, sliced
  • 8 slices Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Step 2

Divide the seasoned beef into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add the butter.
