Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 pieces bacon slices
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form the sausage patties.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1 inch thick.

Step 3

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sausage patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
