  • 500 grams Pork belly
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 5 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 5 pieces Green chilies
  • 2 pieces Red chili peppers
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and ginger, dice the red onion, and slice the green chilies and red chili peppers.

Step 3

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the pork belly and cook until browned and crisp, about 10-12 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the pork from the pan and set aside. Keep the renderings in the pan.

Step 6

In the same pan, add garlic, onion, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the green chilies and red chili peppers to the pan and sauté for another 2 minutes.
