  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are completely melted and combined into a smooth mixture.

Add the melted cheese mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
