Ingredients

  • 100 grams Besan (chickpea flour)
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 50 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 small Green chilies, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the besan, almond flour, baking powder, salt, turmeric powder, and ground cumin. Mix well to ensure all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and frothy. Add the Greek yogurt and remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring constantly to form a smooth batter without lumps.

Fold in the chopped green chilies and fresh coriander into the batter until well incorporated.
