Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cups Coconut flour
  • 0.75 cups Ghee
  • 0.5 cups Erythritol
  • 0.5 teaspoons Cardamom powder
  • 0.25 cups Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or a mix)
  • 0.25 cups Unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

In a large non-stick pan, heat 0.75 cups of ghee over medium heat.

Step 2

Once the ghee melts, add 1.5 cups of almond flour and 0.5 cups of coconut flour to the pan.

Step 3

Stir continuously to ensure even roasting, cooking for about 10-12 minutes, until the mixture turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.

Step 4

Lower the heat to prevent burning and add 0.5 cups of erythritol and 0.5 teaspoons of cardamom powder.

Step 5

Mix well until the erythritol is fully dissolved in the mixture.

Step 6

Add 0.25 cups of chopped nuts and 0.25 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut to the pan and stir to combine.

Step 7

Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly, just until it's comfortable to handle.

Step 8

While the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into round balls (laddus) using your hands.

Step 9

Continue forming laddus until all the mixture is used up.

Step 10

Let the laddus cool completely, allowing them to firm up, then store them in an airtight container.
