Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut cream and powdered erythritol. Stir until the erythritol is fully dissolved.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and add the optional butter for enhanced creaminess if desired. Stir continuously to avoid the mixture from sticking to the pan.
