  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas
  • 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 grams sour cream
  • 2 pieces avocado
  • 1 piece medium onion
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 leaves lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Increase heat to medium-high, add the ground beef to the skillet, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring the beef is well coated. Remove from heat.

While the beef is cooking, slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth.
