Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin steak
  • 60 ml Tamari sauce (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 15 ml Rice vinegar
  • 15 ml Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together the tamari sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, erythritol, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes until the erythritol is fully dissolved.

Step 3

Add the sliced beef to the marinade, mix well to coat, and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.

Step 4

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Once hot, add the marinated beef slices to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Step 8

Transfer the beef teriyaki to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
