Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mixing well to coat. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
