  • 3 units garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 0 to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the shirataki noodles: rinse them thoroughly under cold water, then boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
