Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate while preparing the vegetables.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
