Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 packages (7 oz each) Shirataki noodles
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

1. Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water for a few minutes to eliminate any residual odor. Set them aside to drain further.
