Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 3 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 pieces Nori sheets

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Slice the green onions thinly, separating the whites from the greens.

Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and whites of the green onions, and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the beef to absorb the flavors.

Remove the beef mixture from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the cauliflower rice. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the rice is slightly tender.

Meanwhile, whisk the egg in a small bowl and add it to the cauliflower rice, stirring constantly to create light scrambled eggs mixed within the rice for about 1-2 minutes.
