Ingredients

  • 4 large Zucchini
  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 3 Green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchini into noodles. Set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic and mince the ginger.

Julienne the red bell pepper and slice the green onions diagonally.
