Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 300 grams Shirataki noodles (wide flat style)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water, following package instructions. Drain and pat dry with a clean towel.

Step 2

Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break up the meat with a spoon as it cooks.

Step 3

While the beef is cooking, mince the ginger and garlic and slice the green onions thinly.

Step 4

Once the beef is browned, add the ginger and garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Step 5

Add coconut aminos, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture, and toss to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
