Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add minced garlic, ground beef, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook the beef until it is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

On the prepared baking sheet, spread 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into a circular shape to form a tortilla, roughly 6 inches in diameter. Repeat to make 4 tortillas per baking sheet.
