  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free tomato salsa
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to combine the flavors.

Add the sugar-free tomato salsa to the mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
